Set on a steep waterfront block overlooking Sydney Harbour, this proposed four-storey dwelling steps down through the site's natural fall in a sequence of terraces — living areas, an infinity pool, and a private gymnasium each opening outward toward the water.
A stepped built form, integrated four-car garage, and landscaped roof terraces were designed to work with the topography rather than cut into it, keeping the home's scale quiet from the street while opening it fully toward the harbour.
Your site, your goals, your constraints — before anything is designed.
What's actually possible, weighed against what's worth doing.
A clear direction, grounded in feasibility, not just ambition.
A building designed around the pathway that will actually get approved.
DA, CDC, or CC — navigated directly, with council risk already accounted for.
Support through construction to completion and sign-off.
New builds designed around how you actually want to live.
Starting fresh on a site you already know and love.
Multi-dwelling projects designed for yield, approval, and buildability together.
More space, without losing what already works.
What a site can become, before you commit to it.
Council pathways navigated directly, with risk accounted for upfront.
Green Design Sydney was built on a simple observation: most property mistakes happen before a single drawing is made — the wrong site, the wrong pathway, the wrong assumption about what a block can hold.
Farshid works across design and approvals for the same reason most practices keep them separate: because doing both properly is harder, but it's the only way to guarantee that what gets designed is what actually gets built.

A future capability to help you explore what your site could become — before you engage anyone. Not live yet, but on the way.
Free initial conversation. No obligation, just clarity.
